Teaching someone to pray

We had an awesome lesson with someone hadn't really been progressing super well. We had asked her to pray about baptism and the Book of Mormon things and when we would follow up she would just say she hadn't done it yet or wanted to think more about it. Then we had a lesson about prayer and it turns out she had never asked a question through prayer before. We asked her why not and she said "because I know God is perfect." So we talked about how her grand daughter that she babysits asks 100,000 questions a day and how the granddaughter learns through those answers. We read 3 Ne 14 7-11. Things really seemed to make more sense for her. And although she is still not super confident and we don't have a day yet, she has commited to work towards baptism!! And she will ask about the Book of Mormon in prayer this week! ❤❤ What a good week.

Other than that a lot of other appointments fell through, but the miracle was beautiful!
