Cherry blossom festival and pastel portrait

Hey sorry for this being a day late. My pday is on tuesday this week because for zone pday we are going to this cherry blossom festival! The cherry blossoms are blooming and oh man they are beautiful!!!! They literally look like floating clouds on the trees, so get ready for some pictures next week, or maybe later today if I have time still.

It's been a good busy week! We had zone interviews this week and it's always awesome to see President and Sister Nagano, I love them so much they are the sweetest humans. The end of the transfer is approaching swiftly which is sad because chances are one of the 3 of us will be getting transfered out (trios dont typically last too long). But it's been a good transfer 2. We also started up kodomo eikaiwa over here in yachiyo! I had a few Lithuania flashbacks, but it's a pretty different program and most of the kids are younger than most of my dear Lithuania students. We had a lesson w Kaori this week about easter (which isn't really a thing here, but still good to remember Christ and His Atonement). It was a really great lesson, I definitely learned lots. We watched the Atonement Bible Videos and read the scriptures that go with them and talked about how we use the Atonemenr in our lives and what it means for us. I love the Saviour so much. He went through all of that, and was able to do so becuase He loves us.

This week we also had a girls night party w costco pizza and pancakes and we did each others hair and nails and make-up. It was adorable, what a blast. Not many girls were able to come in the end, but nevertheless it was a success for the ones who came! They definitely bonded, it was great. 

I'll send photos from kodomo eikaiwa but probs dont post em cause they have photos of other peoples kids in em haha. 

Also guess what! My hair is starting to live up to the name? Hahah it was really rainy one day and my hair did some little curls / kearls muahah.

Hmmm what else happened this week... I can never think hahah sorry.

Last night we went to a members house for dinner and that was a great time! They are the most hilarious best family haha it was so fun and funny, and we did a little lesson on baptism and the plan of salvatiom because their daughter is turning 8 soon. It was also a good time cause I felt like I was able to understand some things!! Woohoo.

OH YA so hahahah funny story My comps met this artist guy on splits and he drew all of our profile pictures w pastels and sent them to us hahah and apparently he framed them too hahaha. So hilarious and random, I've never met the guy. I'll send you the master piece.
